HOW TO ADD ORGANIZATION ON THE NTSA PLATFORM.
Step 2:
Login to NTSA Platform:
- Go to the E-Citizen platform to access NTSA services.
- Log in using E-Citizen credentials to access the personal account.
Navigate to Add Organization:
- Locate the “Add Organization” button.
Choose the type of organization.
Add Organization Details:
- Enter the organization’s KRA pin for unregistered entities.
- Enter the Company number for registered companies.
- Search to retrieve and validate organization details.
Step 2.
Choose the capacity:
- Choose authorized person from the list (option) displayed.
Attach Authorization Letter:
- Upload the authorization letter from the organization.
Attach Required Documents:
- Management Meeting Minutes
- Original Affidavit
- CR12
- Certificate of Incorporation
Submit Application:
Click on Add business button at the end of the form.
Note: NTSA will verify and approve the application. THE SERVICE IS FREE.
