DCI on CS Tuya’s daughter missing after scaling perimeter wall.

Detectives, based at DCI has come out to clarify on claims of CS Soipan Tuya’s daughter disappearance.

In a report by blogger Cyprian Nyakundi, on X platform formerly twitter, the daughter to the CS went missing after scaling a perimeter wall.

“DCI are  investigating the disappearance of a 17-year-old (form 4) daughter of Environment CS Soipan Tuya.” Said Nyakundi.

“Police says” according to Nyakundi, “the girl escaped from their Karen home along Bogani road on Monday afternoon by scaling the perimeter wall. Picked by a Vitz.”

However, the Homa bay Governor Gladys Wanga directed blogger Cyprian Nyakundi to “pull this down.” And that the claim is “untrue and really unfair to the family.”

Wanga opined that “Public officials are also entitled to their private space” and “especially when it pertains to children.”

In his reply, Nyakundi hit out at Wanga saying “but I have not shared the minors pic or name”. And that “this is a matter that has been reported at Hardy police station hence public issue! What’s your interest?”

However DCI has flagged off the reports by Nyakundi as “fake.”

However, Nyakundi has remained adamant and went ahead to share what he termed a police record.

“Roselinda Soipan Tuya the environment CS. She reported that the daughter of the CS one******** *********  aged 17 yrs around 1000 hrs jumped over the perimeter wall and boarded a waiting taxi reg no KCX 223L Toyota Vitz white and left for unknown destination. Efforts to trace the girl still ongoing”
