In a viral Facebook post by Mutahi Mutandao, the young Moguli says he has tried to withdraw the cash but the reply is “insufficient funds”.

“A friend of mine who is BOM teacher saw his balance account is 400k and he is paid 15k. Jamaa alitoa mbio sana juzi….Sai ako na Probox anangoja kesi baadaye .” One social media user posted.
Some advised him to always withdraw his cash anytime it pops in.
“Learn to transfer money immediately it pops into your account, je utafunzwa Kila kitu?”
“This thing happened to me too Juzi, I found a lesser amount than the initial amount. KCB should explain.” Mary Wambui, a teacher stated.
