NPS clarifies on arrest of Meru Governor.
The National police department has come out to refute claims of the arrest of the Meru County Governor, Hon Kawira Mwangaza.
The NPS termed the viral social media reports as mere “false allegations”.
NPS made this known via its verified X platform formerly twitter.
“Contrary to the false allegations circulating on the social media, the National Police Service wishes to clarify, that Police have not arrested Meru Governor, Hon. Kawira Mwangaza.” A statement seen by the K47 digital news team read.
