A robber reportedly raided a couple’s shop in Kitale demanding for the day’s sales cash.
According to Kenya West, the robber ordered them to surrender with the husband, Samwel Kamau, going flat on his stomach inside the shop.
The wife, identified as Caroline Nafula with both hands up in the air, walked out, she defied his ordered to stop prompting him to shoot.
However, the bullets is said to have only gone between her legs.
She then pounced on him making the gun slide. It’s at this point after she had pinned him down that the husband came out to help and confiscated the gun.
The robber managed to escape leaving behind the G-3 gun.
