A student succumbes after unknown outbreak – Media reports.
A student at Mukumu Girls’ High School in Kakamega County died in hospital from an outbreak which is connected to food and water poisoning.
According to reports gathered, the girls died while on in ICU as confirmed by Health executive Bernard Wesonga confirms
Kakamega County Health Department Executive Director Bernard Wesonga said that four girls are still in the hospital.
The death incident brings the number of students who died due to illness to three.
