The Kenyan abroad based Law professor Makau Mutua has hit out at president William Samoe Ruto saying he can’t rule a country where more than 50% of the population is against him.
In a statement Tuesday morning, Makau Mutua, who is the the Azimio secretariat spokesperson details that governing such a country need psychological care.
“ANYONE who thinks they can govern a country where more than 50% of the population is against him needs psychological care.”
His remarks follows as Odinga, the Kenyan opposition chief declare every Monday a day for Mandamano until president Ruto heeds to their calls.
