The Star News Paper reacts after Odinga asked supporters to boycott it.
The Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance has asked his supporters to boycott the Star News Paper in a press release Tuesday 21st 2023.
The Opposition Chief accuses the Star News agencies of being an enabler and facilitators of Ruto’s brutal regime.
“We call for the boycott of Safaricom, Kenya Commercial Bank, Radio Africa Media particularly The Star Newspaper who have become enablers and facilitators of this brutal regime. These corporates have become the enemies of the people.” Odinga said in a statement.
In reiteratory remark, the Star has taken to its twitter handle to share a picture of Raila Odinga reading the Star News Paper of which it captioned: “Smart People Read The Star…”
