The Azimio La Umoja boss Raila Amolo Odinga has called for mass action every Monday and Thursday starting next week.

The Opposition Chief called on supporters to boycott Safaricom, KCB, Radio Africa media for facilitating the brutal regime.

“We call for the boycott of Safaricom, Kenya Commercial Bank, Radio Africa Media particularly The Star Newspaper who have become enablers and facilitators of this brutal regime. These corporates have become the enemies of the people.”

Odinga criticised Ruto for what he termed a dictatorial style of leadership for the six months he has been in office.

“Ruto’s greatest aspiration is to return Kenya to the old dictatorship where he is the unquestioned tyrant controlling everyone’s life. We have come to the conclusion that our police shall never change unless we make them change.

“We reiterate to our supporters and all patriotic Kenyans that this struggle is just starting. We are not looking and we will not be intimidated. No retreat, no surrender,” he added.”

The Opposition Chief also pointed a finger at Nairobi police boss Adamson Bungei over the orders issued to police officers against his supporters on the Monday, March 20, protests.

“That brutality witnessed yesterday does not belong to this country. It is more disgusting because the citizens were acting within the provisions of the Constitution. We had given notice of the intention to march in Nairobi.”

Odinga faulted police attempt on Kalonzo’s life.

“There was an attempt on the lives of both Kalonzo and me, our cars were shot at but luckily we were unharmed. We are shocked that police would assemble so much personnel and equipment to confront peaceful protesters,”

The PM accused president Ruto of firing civil servants in the Public Service who were associated with the previous regime. Raila called for the government to equally serve Kenyans irrespective of their political affiliation.

“Brutal Ruto must stop the ethnicization and commercialization of the Public Service. We will fight for as long as it takes to save this country from being ruled by cartels, elites and ethnic warlords.” Odinga Said.
