The Kenyan Kwanza Economist David Ndii has said it is okay for those involved in power to shed blood.
He has advised those who don’t want to kill not to be involved in politics.
He was responding to one of the twitter users who sought to find out what David Ndii could comment on recent police brutality and killing of opposition supporters.
“I wonder what folks like @DavidNdii make of the brutality being meted out to fellow Kenyans by the regime they are a part of. Is it just the cost of doing business? At what point do they call BS on the transformation rhetoric.” @gathara wrote.
In his reply, David Ndii noted that: “It comes with the territory. One of the choices one makes when getting involved in power politics is to be prepared to have blood on your hands.
“If you don’t have the stomach be content to pound keyboards perched on your moral pedestal.”
