There has been drama as Pastor Paul Mackenzie released was in Malindi law courts and rearrested again after 10 Minutes.
Malindi Controversial pastor Paul Mackenzie was released by the Malindi court after the magistrate declined a request by the prosecution to hold the suspect for 90 days.
The Law Courts released Paul Mackenzie without any bail/bond and closed his file citing that the court has no jurisdiction to hear the case.
However, moments later, the police have rearrested him and he is set to face terrorism charges at Shanzu High Court in Kilifi County.
Six suspects arrested alongside the controversial preacher have also been released unconditionally.
