President William Samoe Ruto has been hit hard by the opposition blogger Pauline Njoroge after his remarks on tough economic times.

someone else, Kenya would have already sunk.” Ruto said in a statement.
In her reaction, Pauline Njoroge hit hard, asking president Ruto to keep quiet.

She took to X formally Twitter to air her grievance.

“Sasa huyu, si anyamaze tu! If he was president during Covid-19 the country could have collapsed.” She said.

Adding: “He has made life so tough for Kenyans through punitive taxes, his inability to stabilize the shilling, his inability to restore confidence in the market, corruption in his government etc, yet he is here bragging how he is happy to be the president at such a time?”
